I sent them my speaker and they received it on February 14. I had to call them and they had not even looked at it. I did exactly what they said as far as sending it in and they claim i didnt send in a receipt.
So rather than calling me and telling me the problem i guess they just thought i would eventually call and find out were my 150 dollar speaker was.
Then the lady tries to tell me i need to send in the whole speaker system and not just the one speaker that is bad.
The enclosure is 4 feet tall and it would cost more to ship it than it would to get a new speaker.
It is supposed to be under warranty for 5 years but they dont make any money off of warranty work which is probably why they said it was not covered.
Do not send these people any of your electronic problems if you ever want to get it back.
