You're mistaken. I've replied to your other two emails and you have been refunded already. Maybe if you'd actually check your "Reply to: " email of '[email protected]', you'd get my replies, genius! Check it—send an email to yourself and hit reply. The hotmail address comes up.

Since you didn't get my reply to your email about them being junk... The speakers aren't junk—your audio device must be. We've had thousands of satisfied customers.
