I bought a laptop computer from Circuit City on Thanksgiving online.included in the promotion was to be a free printer, wireless router, and Nortons Web security software. My package arrived Saturday; it did not include any of the free items. When I called they said it was not on my order. I have a copy of my original order. They removed the free items from my confirmation number that was given to me 3 days after I placed my order. This looks like a classic bait and switch scam to me. Please let me know if you experienced a similar problem. I will be filing a complaint with the NY department of consumer affairs. If anyone files a class action law suit I am in.
