I found JSK computers ad on Ebay (which I can no longer locate). And what was pictured and described looked like a good deal. I should have used Paypal to pay in order to maximize the fraud protection, but instead I called the company. I stated that I was interested in a box of Misc. High end electronics, for $675. They claimed it was a good deal, and it was everything that was included in the pallet without some of the big ticket items (ie no plasma screens). I paid with credit card (thankfully) and was told that the box would arrive by Wednesday (I ordered the previous thursday). It finally arrived on Friday, and as soon as I opened it I realized that it was a bad deal. The first thing laying on top was printer paper. I then proceeded to dig deeper and found several packs of printer paper, several ink cartridges, cheap demo computer games, headphones, damaged DVD players without power cords, and a 3 month subscription to XBOX live. I added up the value of all the junk in the box, and it MAY be worth $150 - $200 assuming the items without power cords even worked. I wrote JSK an email asking about their return policy (My 3rd email during the time I was dealing with them) and never received a reply. I contacted JSK and after explaining the situation the individual on the other end pretended like he didn't understand or couldn't hear and said "I'm sorry sir" as I started to explain again he hung up. When i called back I received a voice mail stating they were closed due to weather. I was able to call my credit card and dispute the charge, and contacted another company that has been defrauded by JSK in order to join forces in any lawsuit that may occur. Stay away from jsk by all means necessary!
