No Support and will not give me any answers to what my problem is

I have tried for 2 weeks to get help with resolving a issue with the laptop. Nobody give any help to the customer. The only thing they will do is give you a number to call for warranty.

And then Warranty will not give you any solutions and tell you to call tech support, which they no longer have.
ONLY option is to Submit a form via email, wait 24 hours for reply

This Was the Question I had asked:

The laptop was resoterd to Factory Default with the software Recover Pro It did not install the drivers for the soundcard which it should have!

I looked on the Viscom Website for drivers to download for the laptop, but it is not even listed on the website.
Can you PLEASE!!! Reffer me to the driver I need for the soundcard on a v38218 or Motherboard Manufacture and I will download the drivers from them.

No help what so eve
