I placed an order online with an online offer from Bishop Weeks. The products had been marked down to $5 and sounded like a good deal on some great products. I have not received any products to date. The order was placed in early september. The company never answers the phone and the one time I got a representative on the phone she never asked who I was nor for any information that would be beneficial for the order. She only instructed me that the products would be sent with a complimentary gift from the company. This is not excellent in any shape form or fashion.
I am very distrubed that no communication was sent with the information prior to me (the customer) having to contact them. I am disputing with my credit card company to retrieve the funds.
