I placed an order and my credit card was immediately charged but never got the products. Like others, I've been calling the customer service line but no one answers and it always says mail box is full. I have sent emails requesting information that are never answered. After reading the other Rip Off reports I am beginning to realize that this is a scam. Lesson learned - since I did not use my Paypal account to pay but used my credit card directly, I am probably out the money. I will continue to try to recover my money or the products but do not order from this web site!
