I'm extremely dissatisfied with Brookstone. I bought An Electronic Audio Songcube from shop #116 in Tysons Corner, Virginia, in 8/06. There is a problem using the drive cabinet, as well as in 03/07, I delivered the machine towards the shop to exhibit them the issue. The shop advised me the Songcube have been stopped, however they had a different one to switch. Earlier this Friday, Sep. 17, there is an issue after I switched my Songcube on.
