First, I'd like to commend William of Morrow, Georgia for his complaint concerning this same company.
I was a dealer and then Fast-Start Distributor for Ecoquest products for 3-4 years. I tried to maintain a reputable, if not profitable business.
While I did place several Ecoquest "Air Purifiers" I spent more on returned merchandise than I ever made. After my customers had tried to get their machines repaired or replaced they often had further problems soon after receiving those "repaired" units back.
It began to appear to me that the only ones Ecoquest provided such promised incomes for were the owner and his associates.
I now have two personal units in my home which do not work as well as a closet full of 'sold' units that I personally reimbursed my customers for. The cost of sending those units back exceeds any satisfaction I'd get. Those customers don't want them back and I can't imagine placing them as used units with other customers at any price. I refuse to do business in that way.
Along with Ecoquest proper, there's an associated ripoff knows as Maximum Success.
I won't go into the minute details, but I've spent far too much money on "leads" at grossly inflated prices from the same sources Maximum Success uses. One company hesitantly admitted the leads I was consulting them about were the same ones offered by Maximum Success, but at over triple the price.
