I'll make this simple. Here are my complaints. One is with Cricket as a company, the rest are with this particular store.
-Company misrepresentation of calling area coverage (can't get signal where I should get signal)
-Employee failure to activate phone in accordance with purchased plan (left Charleston without the roaming feature activated by them... Twice)
-Employee failure to correctly transfer payments (took a payment and placed them in the wrong part of my account.)
-Employee failure to process payments (they have failed to process three payments that were personally comfirmed at the store, which has led to them shutting off my phone before and now Cricket has wrongly removed $210 from my account.)
-Employee unauthorized activation of additional plan features (added a $5 "extra" feature without my consent or bringing it to my notice)
-Employee misrepresentation of roaming plans (Original employee who sold me the phone said I could buy roaming minutes for 10 cents a minute when they actually cost 39 cents, leading me to buy $50 of roaming minutes. When tracked back to her, she has since denied saying such.)
-Employee failure to negotiate customer settlement (Two store managers have refused to grant any sort of reimbursement or settlement agreement for their previous mistakes. The last of whom even refused to give me her last name or her superior's name.)
Bottom line, I've spent $590 on these guys in just a few months, and $210 of that in no way possible belongs to them.
