In Feb. Of 2007 I purchased a RCA Vhs to CD recorder from Walmart in Morgantown PA. After only using the device twice the unit failed. I contacted Thompson Inc in Socorro Texas and after explaining the problem I was instructed to send the unit to them for a replacement. I was given the service code # SRO4099508. I sent the unit by UPS immediatly after talking with them and included a letter explaining the problem along with all their instructions exactly as I was told. After two months I have never been contacted by them or can find out what has happened to my recorder.
