Bought a 42" etec plasma tv on 7/02/07. After instructed by the sales person to purchase an extended warranty or 3 years the TV needs to be serviced a month after the date was purchase, after calling the store warranty dept and the manufacturer Etec, well Etec said that the store is the one that have to service the TV and the store said that they don't have technicians to service that brand of TV, a TV that I bought at the store and was never explained that they do no have technicians to fix that brand of tv, and the manufacturer gaves us a another number wich result to be a fax number, none the store or the manufacturer wants to service the tv. Want to mention that I have the sales receipt and the warranty package which is required to honor the warranty both the store and the manufacturer hung the phone on me every time I contact them.
