I recently purchased a 19 inch tv dvd combo. Received ups plugged in does not work. This company could care less. I called one day was on phone for over and hour the gal finally came back and said a replacemet was on the way... Well other day a lady who cannot speak english. Wont mention any nationality or anything. She says im sorry we dont replace items received broken call company. I call company they say go to distributer. I call her back she says not her problem... The manufactor has to fix or replace. I do not want a fixed one day old tv. I paid for new I expect new. Tomorrow i think i will call Ge bank maybe they dont know what this company is like seems like they get the money and dont give a dam about us the consumer...
Be very careful no matter how desperete you need credit or item do not use this company... Call better buisness bureau
