Tried to order MS Windows 2003 Server cd set w/5 CALS with my credit card and got a reply email that said:
"Unfortunately I am unable to process your credit card at this time. I can send out your item via USPS COD, you would have your order within 2 days. If this interests you please email me your order # and I will ship out the items asap. If you would like to cancel this order please email your order #. Many thanks for your understanding, 321 Electronics".
I stupidly believed this and had it shipped COD. When the mailman arrived and informed me I had to pay w/a money order made out to P. Parana I went to the bank and got one only to find he had sent a demo cd not for retail sale.
Luckily caught it in time and put a stop-payment on the MO for $299.90, but I'm still extremely angry after seeing how many times Philip/321 electronics has done this to people.
It cost me a week of time and a $25 stop-payment fee. That's not a lot compared to others he has ripped off but it's enough for this idiot to be stopped!
