This company claimed that I needed a high speed 30 MBs memory card for my camera. I first said no, but the sales rep claimed it was the best card and I really needed it for my camera to work right. When I tried to back out of the deal... The guy told me that customer service was closed and to call back in the morning. I called back the next day but they said my order had already shipped. So I called when I recieved the package... I told the guy I wanted to return the memory card. He said I would have to return the camera and the memory card togehter because it was sold as a package. This company has tried everything to get me to stop returning the memory card. When I finally got an RMA number the sales rep told me it was no big deal and that it was not like they made a "million" dollars from my sale.
Overall:
This company lied about the SD memory card that they pressured me into buying. They charged me an outragous price for a memory card that was not what the sales rep claimed it to be. The sale rep was rude and not willing to resolve THEIR issue.
