Verizon
Bad service, horrible customer service center keep changing their communications format with out notice. Ripoff the business that doesn't give a damn about thier customers

Verizon has changed the way the voice mail is picked up leaving my phone useless when it comes to voicemail. I have had there service since they began here in Phoenix as I inherited them from airtouch. They refuse to fix any problems they tell you they can do anything to your service anytime they want because it is in the contract but I never signed a contract with them.

All I ever get is the run around from the customer service agents. They lie to you and when you get someone who knows what they are talking about they tell you too bad. They email you and tell you your problem is there problem then they tell you too bad I rtegret the day I ever started doing biz with them and fortunatley I have no contract so I will fire them. DON'T USE VERIZON FREE-UP
