I purchased a LG2000 cellular phone advertised as NIB. The shipment was fast, although for the shipping fee it should have been. Upon receiving the telephone, the battery was fully charged. However, quickly ran down the next day. The rubber ear phone cover was sticking out of the connection and will not stay in. It has ultimately fallen off altogether. The Users Guide is 22 pages long and references up to page 38.
I immediately wrote the seller via email. No response for four days. Sent the second email and the third. The third finally stated "call me". However, no where on the listing is there a phone number to call. I replied with an email stating they should call me and gave them my cell phone number. No call.
When they finally sent me the number, I called three days the same day. The phone rang for 30-50 times before I hung up. Sent another email. It stated "sorry about the delay, we have phone hunting and it goes to the next available person". Well, the phone is still hunting and no one answers as late as 11:00 P.M. CST.
Finally received another number to call to arrange for a new battery. Left a message there, and no response yet. Only issue they have address so far is the battery. "Call me for a replacement". I would not waste my time nor money dealing with this company.
