Free Battery Offer For Kawasaki Power Tools
Charged me $7.95 for shipping, but never sent the Free Battery. I have the processed check from my bank account

I purchased a Kawasaki Cordless Drill from WalMart & noticed it had a "Free Battery" offer inside the package. You pay Shipping Charges only ($7.95)
I paid the shipping, but never got the battery. I wrote to them many times, no number to call, with no response.
I paid the shipping in mid January; today is 7 Apr 07 and still no response or Battery.
