Long story short I tried to cancel my service today after very bad service issues. For the past year, I managed to dodge all contracts. And Today they tried to tell me I had one, three different times and after 2 hours on the phone I was told I would have to be referred to the "executive response team" and that their secret number would be arriving in approx three weeks via the US mail.
I googled it and here it is folks. Their number is 303-723-1000.in 5 minutes this guy fixed my problem. I will never ever use Dish again, they are truly a slimy company. They omit telling you things when you sign up which tend to come bck and bite you in the butt. Very disappointing actually
