Having possessed many Kenmore devices – including 2 appliances - previously, and being truly a faithful Sears client for over 20 years, I purchased a Kenmore Elite Group fridge in May. Works out this can be a bit of crap. I've investigated atleast 2 evokes with this design since 2003. Mine died about a few months after purchase and after looking to get an upgraded through the standard Sears stations was effective just through the great practices of the salesman the system was bought through.
Today the awful thing has died again. Sears has declined alternative again and certainly will not examine alternative till something individual has confirmed the issue. I suppose I’m not certified to inform if your fridge is operating, while my food ruins and my spouse is ticked.
After one hour about the telephone, up through the food-chain, Sears “I can’t help” perspective, and insufficient reaction to a “valued” client as well as their non existent customer support has compelled me to think this isn't the Sears of previous. The supervisor I talked to actually had the chutzpah to estimate in the legitimate requirements record he appeared to have easily available.
It’s the best thing? I bought a-2-year warranty with this device, anticipating further issues, and boyo, was I correct! It'd seem this bit of cr*p, produced by LG in Korea, is meant for that garbage pile when the warranty ends. $2000 down the strain.
So here I stay, on holiday, that will be within the evening support is planned, having a roomtemperator awaiting the specialist. Then I'll need to take some time removed from function, your day I return from holiday, to cope with the technician, who I'm certain will need to purchase components or perhaps a substitute device. Then I will consider even more time-off work with that support phone aswell. I'll never purchase another main item from Sears.
