Ripoff they took an advanced payment from me shut off my phone and refused to give me a refund

I paid for 2 months pre-paid phone service, they shut my phone off after the first month (even though I paid for 2). They refused to give me a refund. They were EXTREMELY rude including hanging up on me in the middle of our conversation and I was told not to speak! Can you believe it? This company basically STOLE 60 bucks from me and told me there was nothing I can do about it. I filed a complaint with my local Better Business Bureau and encourage everyone else who has been ripped off by this company to do the same. They need to be SHUT DOWN.
I am considering locating their corporate offices and picketing them, informing every customer I see going in that place what kind of business they REALLY are, and that is a stealing, lying, rude, incompetent farce of a company.

Not to mention the 3-4 dropped calls a day and the 2 weeks I had to pay for when my pmt was 2 weeks late, I still had to pay for the 2 weeks my phone was shut off. This is a PREPAID phone with no contracts! How are they getting away with this. I have all my receipts and documention.
