Ought tv 02/06, tv broke 02/07, warranty was to include all parts and labor, carried to factory recommended service center, had to pay $50.00 before tech. Would check, determined power supply was bad, no parts available [did global search], deermined had to replace t.V. It is may 06,2oo7 and they informed me today my model tv was not available and i would have to take a substitute and it is going to take another 6 weeks to process and then i will need to pick tv up wherever they decide. This is totally unacceptable and the most customer un service i have ever seen.
