About five months after I purchased my Amana fridge (Design AF12538AEQ), the fridge quit functioning. I named the makeris customer support point and was handed a scheduled appointment Having A&E-Service Co... For 2 days later.

An extremely uncommunicative specialist turned up and, after 10 moments, brusquely explained the components needed to be requested, and he'd return per week later. Today, I'm with no fridge for 9 times.

Today, no support individual exhibits. The maker claims the company statements I'd no visit. Additionally, they currently inform me the components are now being delivered via advantages in my experience but don't have any tracking number. Oh, incidentally, one-part is on back-order and wont appear until May 4.

Because that will abandon me three months without any fridge, I explain that's undesirable. Also bad, customer support, claims, there's nothing they are able to do.

Main point here: Do Not purchase Whirlpool, Amana or Maytag if you like to appear forward to good customer support. And, never Make Use Of A&E for support.
