Its companies like this that make me cringe when considering making purchaces online.

I used Oemautosounds search engine and found a replacement stereo for my van. The stereo they sent me (appeared exactly like the one in my van) had a riveted mounting harness that doesent fit my van and the face plate was cracked.

It took me 2 days to get through on their customer service number 407-933-1065.

The indian customer service rep. (probably outsourced) lectured me about not ordering the correct stereo (ordered through oem's search engine) tried to get me to buy a more expensive stereo, then asked me why I didnt know what kind of mounting bracket I needed. I dont know, I dont install stereos!

I sent the stereo back but Oemautosound has not refunded my money.

It only took them 24 hours to take the money from my account, Ive been waiting 3 weeks now for my refund.
