No refund

October called Sony customer service and told them that the Sony xav-w1 do not play dvd's. I was given an event number, and about a month later I fedexed my Sony car stereo xav-w1 to the Sony satistfaction center November 16. The service center received my car stereo on November 19. About a month later after not hearing from Sony I began to call the service center and was told that they no longer carried that model of car stereo. I was told by Robert and Carlos that they wound refund my money because the car stereo was still under warranty. Many many phone call's later, and a month and a half later I was told that on January 19 my check would be sent to me. Three weeks later and still no check. Today February 16, I was told that they were still reviewing my case and that the refund department was not answering there email's concerning my case. I had to fax my sale's invoice to the service center twice because they lost it. They have all the necessary paper work yet three month's after they received my car stereo i still have no check from them.
