I am an attorney who has a client who was denied a rebate by Best Buy in Metro Detroit, Michigan. He bought an electronic device with a $10 rebate during the applicable purchase period, and Best Buy denied the rebate claiming that it was not bought during the applicable period. This is despite a valid receipt showing that it was bought during the rebate period.
Now I am looking for similar people who submitted proper rebates to Best Buy and were denied. Please contact the consumer complaints if you have a similar case in Metro Detroit at a Best Buy store.
