I had a customer, was in need of getting a Minolta printer
repaired. I finally found someone locally, who claimed they could fix it!
I contacted George at Boca Business, and he told me they
could fix it! I took the 250 lb machine to them, and two
days later it was repaired according to them! George told
me as long as I put new toner and drum in the machine it
would work!
I went to pick up the machine the following day. I asked
him how I could pay, and he told me not credit card, but
a check was fine! I started to get out my check book, and
he said he would only take cash!
I had to go 5 blocks away to get him 125.00 cash! I was so infuriated at this point! I thought, I am the customer and I am being treated like a criminal!
I paid him, and took the machine over to my customer. A week later, I get a call from my customer! The machine will not work!
I contacted George to see If he would go look at it. He flat out refused, and told me all he could do was for me to bring it in! Then he hung up on me!
I took the printer back to Boca Business, and they could not figure out what was wrong with the machine, and he told me it would cost more money to repair it!
I took the machine out of there, and demanded my money back, and he refused!
I have never been treated so rudely, and felt so horrible! My customer is out a machine that doesn't work! I will have to reimburse them out of my pocket!
I think I should sue Boca Business for the labor, transportation, and the loss of a good customer!
