A few years ago I ordered a 220 volt food processor from this company. We live and work for Embassies overseas so this is a better voltage for us. The unit cost $106. This company sent us the wrong name brand of the product in an open box with missing parts and it barely worked.
When I called and spoke to the supervisor "Zayeem" chuckled and said to send the product back and they would refund my card. I've made countless inquiries and will not stop asking for my $106 dollar refund. Did I mention it's not about the money?
Do not, repeat not trust this company. They are sly and tend to laugh you off. They dragged the process out long enough that it was too late for me to file a fraudulant claim with my credit card company. Did I mention that it's not about the money?
