I had Dishnetwork (satellite service), since Aug. Always paid on time and set up auto pay. I desired to upgrade and was sent many emails as a 'Preferred Customer'.. When I decided to avail of this service a link stated if a am a current customer the offer is not for me. Why send numerous emails to preferred customer and not include the offer. I was will to pay the difference.
I cancelled my account online as I do not receive paper statements and both parties have contracted for electronic notices. I even went online to REMOVE MY AUTO PAY VISA..
Dish took out after cancellation one, then two, & now three payments UNAUTHORIZED. I have filed a dispute with credit card company & FTC online complaint.
