High end retailer will not stand behind the product that they sell. V-tech brand 'teardrop cordless phone' that was selling for $149.99 is of very poor quality. I tried to return the item and have my credit card credited and they refused—saying i could only have a store credit. And this was with the original receipt! Talked to customer service headquarters in san francisco california and they also refused to issue the credit. Please help me in boycotting this company and spending our hard earned dollars at another electronics store!!!
