On 01/05/07 I requested a 42-inch Hisense LCD HDTV from Tiger-Immediate. This Television came via UPS on 01/11/07. The issue begins here. It had no show, simply audio. After many calls to Hisense US I had been aimed to get hold of Tiger Strong for return guidelines. I subsequently approached Tiger Immediate and was informed that their publicized one month return policy was overridden from the company's guarantee. The following directions from Hisense US e-mail their support division for return label. 5 times and 4 emails along side 3 more telephone calls later I obtained a return label. Hisense USAis helpline justification was the Vacation influenced them. This type of person in East India and that I have no idea what vacation they're talking about that drops between 01/11/07 and 01/15/07. They obtained the faulty Television at4:10 pm on 01/18/07. Our mail from their support people stated that they'd substitute it the moment it came. It's 01/29/07. I'm used in the transport business and that I may let you know that UPS delivery from Southern California (Hisense USA Shipment Area) to Los Lunas, NM requires a maximum of 3-three days-even under extreme conditions. All I will do reaches this point is contact my charge card organization, customer companies and also the New Mexico Attorneygeneral's workplace simply because they have my cash while I will simply aspire to get a working Television sooner or later.
