Just take money and after receive the product no support no reply Ripoff

I have order MagicKeys II Set NTSC (USA/CANADA) from this site, and after I receive the package installed it. Part of the function is work but somes didn't. So I try to contact their customer and technical support few times within three weeks by email.

But they never reply or response my problem. Now I get something that is no use and waste my money. It seems they sell their product as is and no after service, not even return.

Folks think twice if you order the product from this site.

Otherwise you rip off by some one.
