Samsung refuses to answer emails to customer service and evasive on the phone to support the purchase of parts and accessories of their products. I purchased their DVD Camcorder, SC-DC164, and soon found out no one, including the store where I bought it, Conn's, has extra batteries for them.
When I lost the AC power adapter I also learned no one carries them or even able to supply them.including Samsung themselves. Which, if you go to their website, their parts source is ONE third-party company that doesn't have them either. (You can't purchase any parts directly from Samsung)
