We bought 2 satellite radios at Best Buy in Amherst, N.Y. Dec. 3rd. 2005 Rebate promotion was $50.00 off purchase price when mailed in. We have yet to receive our rebate as of Jan. 7th 2006. We have contacted Sirius by phone, but customer service is more of a "disservice." When asking for supervisors we are told that they are not available. We have 14 e-mails on file that Sirius replies with a cheery "We're glad to help!" but with the same result. Our complaint has been "escalated" for rebate, but that means nothing as we have been told that three times. I suggest that anyone who purchases one of these to demand the rebate from the store and let them fight it out with Sirius.
