We bought an LG 47' 3d TV at HH Gregg in Sanford Florida and we were satisfied with the salesman and the TV. When we bought the TV the salesman told us to watch the advertisements and if the our TV had a price change or upgrade that we would get the better deal. Three days after we purchase the TV there was and advertisement in the paper that now included a 3d player. We called the store and the customer service person said we qualified for the 3d player and told us to come in and pick it up. We drove 20 miles to the store and when we got there the front desk person said she would check with the manager. The rude manager came out and said no. He said we would have to bring our TV back and exchange it for the one on sale. We were not happy driving 40 miles for nothing.
