We bought a new TV on the day after Thanksgiving. We got a good deal. Three weeks later the set stop working. No picture only sound. I called customer service and was ofered either to return the TV or they would send someone out. I chose for them to send someone to fix it.
I was told that they would call in three business days. After a six business day wait I never got a call. I had to call them. I was told that they had no one in my area to fix the set. I had to take it back. That was the friday before Christmas. We waited on line with the set for almost 1/2 an hour only to find out they had no more in stock. The manager didn't ofer to call other stores or a deal on another set. All he could say was sorry.
We were mostly ticked by the fact that no one called us to tell us that they weren't coming to fix the set. After many calls to Best Buy all I can get is I'm sorry. They wern't concerned and I told them the lost a customer.
We bought another TV at Walmart which cost about $80 more. Walmart was very helpful to the point of their willingness to load it in my car.
