I ordered the storm vac in November. I even paid the extra $18.95 for 7 day shipping. These were to be Christmas gifts.
I called the company on December 13th and they assured me the vacs (2) were being shipped December 15. When I did not receive by the week after Christmas I called the company back. They then informed me they didn't know when the vacs would be shipped. I cancelled the order.
Called the company several times throughout the year and e-mailed them. The response was a customer care Representative would contact me within 24 hours. That call never came. To make a long story short. A little after a year of ordering the vacuums and having $189.00 debited from my account I am still waiting for the refund.
