I bought a Whirlpool Calypso machine around three years back. I'd about 8-10 support calls onto it in a-1 year time period because of several issues. Bestbuy changed it underneath the Fruit Law this past year with same design at my request. I'd bought the warranty that was expensive
Exactly the same design, round two, had the same issues with the u-joints, leveling off-balance, not rotating the garments precisely, strain lines blocking, etc... And so I proceeded to truly have the minute machine eliminated and changed having a diverse design this time around. Bestbuy declined to displace it since I hadn’t bought the warranty again (NO MEANS $) and called me to Whirlpool. Whirlpool declined to displace this bit of crap machine since it's been over annually since I have bought it, despite numerous recorded issues.
There's a present class-action suit out against whirlpool with this design, however they'll not substitute it? I've completed the paperwork to become area of the class-action suit. But my machine continues to be faulty and that I can’t manage to displace it with my cash outofpocket.
I've another support phone planned with this crap machine these days. I'd like finished removed from below along with a new machine replacement. I DON’T need another Calypso machine for that alternative.
Whirlpool understands ALL my grievances in the last couple of years regarding this machine however they WOn't change it.
