Circuit City Advantage Plan
Took my money and ran, no help from customer service on advantage plan ripoff

I'm trying to get my tv serviced after purchasing the Advantage Plan.

I'm getting the runaround from everyone from customer service to corporate Curcuit City.

This is by far the absolute worst company to deal with, I will never purchase another item from them. They are a rip off in my eyes.

If anyone asks me about this experience i will gladly tell them what I think.
It is an absolute rip off and my next step is to contact the better business bureau.
