An entire catastrophe!

We bought this icemaker and had it mounted whenever we spec’d out our fresh Ashton-Woods (an entire additional catastrophe) house in Frisco, Texas. It ceased producing snow and worked for around 15 weeks. We fixed up something phone and named GE, but no body turned up, or named both period. The very first visit was throughout a weekday, therefore we got a half-day-off of function to hold back for them, and also the different was a lost Sunday awaiting the telephone to band. Named GE the next Monday, and, after being on-hold an overall total of 44 units with numerous “Express Client Service” consultant, ultimately talked to Valerie (L643458) who stated that they'd no report of any support phone being planned. There is no apology or justification provided - only an issue-of-reality perspective, along with a next rescheduling of the support phone (between 8 am - 5 pm). If anybody turns up this time around We’ll see. Sadly, GE understands that the merchandise was currently purchased by we’ve, and there's every other retribution we've open to us or no membership to stop. We're totally at their mercy, once they circumvent to it and they'll reach us. Happening 30 days without any ice…
