ICleaner, icleaner.com items never delivered, worst costumer service Nationwide

I bought the iCleaner Ultra Pro Kit (35$) from www.icleaner.com, at first their costumer service seemed really good and all my questions were answered. Until 3 weeks from the product's shipment date when I started to ask for my delivery status and they never answer to me again.

Now it's been 6 weeks from the shipment so I let them know that I was going to start filling complaints of scamming on them and suddendly I got a mail message from them blaiming my local post office and offering me NO solution to this matter.

So now they're probably spending my 42.00$, leaving me with no Pro Kit nor my 42 bucks.
