Ripoff returned product due wont work with our pc. They kept billing for 6-8 months and refused to return money

Vonage would not work on our pc due to not having a steady speed. We returned the product immediately and followed all cancel instructions. They continued to bill us for 6-8 months est and refused to return any money.
