I sent two rebates in Feb for my cellphone I purchased from buy.com. One was a $125 customer Loyalty rebate and the other a $125 Customer Appreciation rebate.
I recieved an email on 6/9 that the Customer Appreciation Rebate Claim ID: 30407014 was approved and a check will be sent. I have yet to recieve a check.
The other rebate remains in limbo. I cannot get any updates about it other than they have to re-enter all the claims. Even the claim numbers don't match up.

This is a total scam If you call their # you will only get a recording. They will send you email updates to calm you down and then... Nothing!
Please contact me for a class action law suit. I will most gladly participate.
