Complaint letter

I had a cell phone with T-Mobile. When I had my cell phone with T-Mobile and I was already in a contact with T-Mobile and I had 2 months to go on my current contract and I was looking at phones in a t-mobile store, the manger tried to sell me a new contract with a new number and new phone but they would void my current contract.

They were trying to pocket some extra money. That happened too me two times at a t-mobile store. Then when my contract was up on that phone I went to get a upgrade to a new phone but when I got the upgrade it was a manger at a Fredericksburg VA t - mobile store she just sold me the phone at the discounted price but she did not mention any features about the phone nor did she ask me if I wanted any Insurance on the phone.

Then after I had the phone for a while I tried to add insurance to my phone though calling 611 but when I got though they said I could not add it too my phone that I could only upgrade phone or do a exchange on my phone because it had been after so many days since I had the phone.

I then wanted to get a additional so I called 611 from my handset and I was looking for an additional line and I was interested in a phone with Bluetooth but they told me my phone does not have Bluetooth but I had said I wanted an additional line but instead they ordered me the same phone and did not catch the mistake.

While on the phone they had said I had to pay for the phone up front and then when I had got the phone they said it will be billed to my account $69.99 and I will received the phone 6- 10 days. I then hung up and 15 min after that I realized what they did. They ordered me the same phone I already had and I told them I did not want that.

They then said when I called back since they ordered the phone already that I would have to wait and refuse shipment when I had told them I did not want that phone but the order was placed and I could not cancel it but that I could refuse the shipment.

I refused the shipment of the phone so it got sent back. The phone I send back reached them Aug 2 06 but I did not get anything stating that the received the phone back.By the way I was able to get the insurance added to the phone they sent me.

I called in to complain and talk to a manager about this but when I called they told me I could not add insurance to my phone but I could do a upgrade to my phone or exchange to my phone and then I could add it. During that conversation the rep removed my free t-mobile to t—mobile. I did not tell them to do this nor did I want them to delete this.

I then received a message on my cell phone letting me know that my account has been updated and my request had been made to my account. Then I had called back 611 and told them I received that message and they stated some rep removed the t-mobile to t-mobile from my account. I told them I did not make that request nor did I tell them to do anything like that to my account. They told me they could put it back and the rep told me he did come to find out that he forgot or did not put it back on the account and so it took me called and speaking to a manager about this and then it was on there.

I have some additional items to discuss and I am very unhappy with t-mobile.
