Highest Ranked Customer Service was not my experience. The problem began with an online cell phone search that placed me with a third-party vendor Cognigen [had the simular experience with Telebay back in April] both clearly states "2nd day delivery" The order was placed on the Aug 13th... With "Cognigen" request to transfer an existing phone number.

FIRST PROBLEM: On the Morning of the 22nd (9 days later)... I get a page and attempt to call the number... Findout my cell number was no longer in service. So NOT only do they not deliver as promised, but they have no consideration for the individual or their job situation.

SECOND PROBLEM: referring to Customer Service experience... Now I am told I have to port my phone number back to the previous provider and go through the whole process again... What kind of sense does that make? They have my number now... Not to mention the previous provider will ask me to sign a contract!

SUMMARY: I report the first incident to T - Mobile with no update... Now this makes TWO! With no concern or consideration... I told the manager find I will lose my number... But I will not be stuck with the worst customer support ever. Furthermore, the customer Rep blatantly lied to me telling me there was no manager available!
