God sprint sucks and they always have. I have been with sprint for 6 or 7 years, back when there wasn't contracts. I called them on Friday 5/26/06 and told them that my brother-in-law was with Cingular and he wanted to be added to my plan with an extra line, so I got the info from a lady that claimed to have been with Sprint for 6 months, after I got the info I ask her if she was on commission so I would call her back after I went over all the numbers with my brother-in-law, she said you couldn't call back in but she would call me in an hour to give me time to talk with my b-i-l.
He agreed on the #'s and she called me back in about 2 hours and we started the process.in the prior conversation I told her I wanted the new TREO phone and that for more money I would get it, but for new line price. So the lady told me it could get the phone for 199.99, I asked her literally 5 times if she's sure that its correct and she kept saying yes, the transaction took, no lie, 1 hour. She even read it all back to me after the long grueling wait and it was correct. Well this was at about noon, at around 5 o clock on my way home the CSR I had been dealing with called me back to inform me that I didn't pay enough on the phone and her boss said it would be another $50, so of course I got her manager Adam on the phone, it only took 22 minutes of hold time, he wasn't helpful at all, but telling me it would be 299.99, instead of the 249.99 the lady just told me, so she lied again.
So then I asked for Adam boss, ironically his name was Adam as well, believe this or not the price was 349.99 to get it mailed, 150 bucks more than original. So I got pissed and ask to just put it back to normal and cancel the phone. So I was sent to an Account Specialist and he supposedly had it back to normal and my money was going to be put back in Friday night and id have it Saturday, we of course today is Wednesday 5/31 and still no money, I called Yesterday Tuesday to check and someone said it was going in. Well come to find out today when I called something that took them 2 seconds to pull out of my account, they are going to mail me a check that will take 4-6 weeks after I asked them 4 different times to put it back the way it came out. Do not ever believe what SPRINT tell's you, they suck, suck, suck. I pray the go under for the way the have treated there customers.
