They make it difficult to comply with terms. I waited the 170 days, (marked it ahead of time on the calender) and sent in all paperwork. They told me I sent in the wrong months cell phone bill. The one they wanted hadn't been sent to me yet by Cingular. I then sent them 20 days later the one they needed. Yes, they refused my resubmitted phone bill. This company is not a company I would recomend to my pet dog. Eliminate THIS middleman and do business with the cell company themselves.
I actually thought I was doing business with Cingular when I did an internet search for a deal. Make sure the company you are doing a deal with is not this company, something will stink in the end..
