This company is a total ripoff. They did not send my whole order. Can't get through on the phone! How do I get my money back!!!

I ordered the ab energizer in Nov. Of 2001. Finally received part of order on 2/8/02. The gel was missing and the additional gel and tablets I ordered.

After many tries and several days I finally got through to a gal that said she would send the missing products right out but to use Aloe Vera gel instead, until I got my products. She also told me that since my order was incomplete that the 30 day free trial would not start until I got my gel. So I figure I should be able to get my money back anytime since I have never gotten the gel or the rest of the order.

Any way a month went by, no product, so I called and finally got through again and a guy told me he would have the missing products sent right away, but was quite rude about it.

It is now May, and no product along with the fact that I cannot seem to get through on the phone or find the website. After the initial customer sevice message, the line is always busy. I keep trying but feel it is pointless.

It is interesting to note that they charged out the credit card but did not send product until after the 60 day filing period when I could leagally complain and get my money back for product not received.

I would like my money back!
