Never do business with them!
I found them on the internet and they offered the Faraday Magnetic Flashlight for $ 19.95 and you get a bonus smaller flashlight.
So I ordered online. So far so good. That was on April 4th.
I immidietely received an e-mail Order Confirmation.
What a shock. The order confirmation showed 3 flashlights and one free bonus flashlight and they showed a total amount of $ 67.70.
I immediately called the customer service number. After beeing on hold for 20 minutes I got through and asked them to cancell my order.
I was told that they can't cancel my order as supposedly it does not show up in their system until after 72 hours!
I then send an E-Mail to them requesting to cancel my order.
I have not yet received an answer to this E-Mail (as of April 27th).
I called a few more times in the next days to make sure its cancelled, but had to hold and they each time kicked me out of the line after 10 to 20 minutes).
Got through again on April 11th. The guy refused to cancel my order and said they can't stop it and I should refuse acceptance of the shipment.
My credit card was charged the amount of $ 67.70 on April 13th.
So far I have not received any shipment (April 27th) and neither a refund.in the meantime I objected to the charge with my credit card company.
Hope I can get my money back.
