Rebate Ripoff Sold phones with rebate Charged "non disclosed" processing fees. Company claims rebate info "lost" in mail

When I upgraded my plan the salesperson quoted me the price of each phone with a $50.00 rebate and "processing fees" which were not quoted as $14.99 per phone. When the phones were received I followed the directions for the rebate and sent in the original barcodes and serial numbers. I sent them directly from the post office with the proper postage. When the phones were billed there were also other processing fees totalling $100.00. When I called about the rebate status, I was told that it must have been lost in the mail and that I should send in copies although the instructions said that copies would not be accepted. Therefore, even though the company had all of my purchase receipts and the phone information for 3 phones, I could not get my $150.00 rebate unless they got the original barcodes off of the box. When I inquired with Nextel Partners about it, I was given the number for Nextel. When I called Nextel, I was sent back to Nextel Partners. Neither company wants to take responsibility for the deceit.
